Eyebrows: The lips of the forehead!
I get a lot of questions about how I achieve my thick/dark eyebrows and what I use to create them. My three step process is easy for anyone, and I'll provide details about how to in this post!
My steps include the 3 C's:
Before you start, it's always a good idea to start with a CLEAN canvas. I get my eyebrows threaded. The threading feels like someone is pinching you over-and-over, but it's worth it for the amount of time that it last, as opposed to getting them waxed or razored. I wash my face, and apply whatever moisturizer or primer before the application of the brows.
In step two, I use NYX Cosmetics, Above & Beyond FULL Coverage Concealer, in CJ06 GLOW, to trace around the brow. I've created an area that I'll eventually fill in with my pencil, but that's step 3. Once I have my desired shape, I buff out the concealer with my Beauty Blender (Sephora).
In step three, I simply fill in the area that I concealed previously. I use Anastasia Beverly Hills, Anastasia Perfect Brow Pencil - Dark. If I color outside of the lines, I simply clean it up with the concealer, and buff it back out.
Keep in mind that I am a male, and my hair might grow naturally thicker than most females - therefore I don't have to do a ton of work with them.
I am not a trained makeup artist, nor do I claim to be - I am simply someone who enjoys makeup. My methods may not be correct according to professional standards. However, these are my processes.
